If you find a problem with your delivered item, simply contact us within 14 days with a photo and details of the problem, at:

And we'll get it all sorted with a refund or a replacement. No hassles or quibbles (nor you having to stick stuff in the post).

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And we will require proof of purchase.
